Briefly explain the trade: 750 tokens fatality per 1m 07 I went first and he declined telling me he accepted and to trade again, then he said ok take ur gp back and he just logged and blocked me.

Sorry, but there is insufficient proof here. You need to prove that this account has the ACTUAL skype name that belongs to the user on Sythe. Also, we can't prove that the Runescape account used in the trade belongs to the user either.
