THE FIRST EVER --WORKING-- STAT HACK IS AVAILABLE TO YOU NOW FOR FREE!
Because I've heard such great things about Sythe I've decided to go public with this little hacktool.
It essentially modifies public boolean() strings that are compiled when you download the .class-es from Jagex. These are decrypted, decompiled, .jar files are modified, and then recompiled and executed with this small 400kb program.

Version 2 of this program includes:
• Small file size: down to 400kb from 32MB compiled
• Runs quietly and smoothly: Minimizes system resource use to play the game efficiently.
• Programmed in Python and compiled to an EXE to maximize efficiency

How to use:
1.) Download
2.) Execute
3.) Log in to RuneScape
4.) Click on "UPDATE" on the program to update the values
5.) Modify the stats accordingly

YOU CAN -NOT- EDIT YOUR STATS TO 99. IT IS SIMPLY TOO RISKY. We set a cap at 80. We honestly couldn't decrypt 81-99, so we stopped there. For a free program, it's not too bad
Do not PM / post asking why you can't get farming from 1 to 99 with this. Be reasonable; JaGeX will catch on if you get 80 levels in a day.

Please, by all means, run this through a virus scanner. This is 100% clean and contains almost ZERO false-positives. No malicious strings, integers, or protocols. Purely UDP for packet handling, and contains nothing to harm your system.
