    I noticed this too, unfortunately these can't be the same account since the strength level for this account is actually lower than the one previously posted. I'm gonna go ahead and change my mind and ban him anyway. It's similar enough actually, the guy can explain in a dispute why his IP matches a banned user and why he's selling such similar accounts
