I am curious to see what it takes to become a Mod?
Is it something people vote on after you submit an app to become one, or are you just selected?

What do the responsibilites consist of?

Also, I am not asking because I am interested, I dont think I would have the time to execute the position properly, but I am just curious as to what people look for when selecting a mod.

Done, thanks for the report. If you can spare a minute, please leave me feedback on my feedback thread: http://www.sythe.org/individual-staff-feedback/1488465-supermans-feedback-thread.html. Your feedback means a lot to me!
