Should an ex mod have a trade with caution sign, and if he does shouldn't his ex mod rank be removed as it will lead people to trust him more and look beyond the trade with caution

It's up to the users to decide on who to trust. The sole purpose of the TWC is to warn users of a less than virtuous past, whether they decide "ex-mod" counteracts the possibility for shady business is entirely up to them. Something to consider is the fact that you cannot receive "ex-mod" if you were forcibly removed from staff (fired/demoted/banned during modship), so it speaks of someone's character to have entered and left staff of their own volition. I'll ask an admin and other globals what they think, but I feel my reasoning will be unanimous.
