says doesnt have photo ID, which you get at around age 14-16 in nearly all countries in the world and can only pay via PP. Either is lying aout not having an ID [twc] or is using PP at the age of 14- to buy Gold; Then where would he have $100 from on pp at such young age [twc]

You don't get a photo id mailed to you at a certain age, you actually have to go get one. Just because you went to get one doesn't mean everyone else did.
