Reason:

He just makes selling topics to up his post count, and it's blatantly obvious through this and his gamestop gift card. I sent him a pm offering him a $15 iTunes GC for his $19 Starbucks (when he said he wanted $20 in iTunes). Didn't respond, pm'ed him again to a reply saying "no."

Respond with his asking price (2 $10 iTunes or $15 iTunes + $5 PayPal), and again, he says
"Look your offers are nice and all but im waiting to see what other people offer. if they dont offer anything nice, ill deal with you. I will contact you if I want to sell it to you."

He replied in one of his bumps:
"Currently looking for 20$ in itunes gift cards."

I offered his asking price. What more is there to ask? Now I realize that there is no rule against this sort of occurrence, but I feel like something could be done. I believe his GameStop topic had around 100 replies before Video got angry and just bought it off of him for a high price to simply end the topic. Even though this is a quite rare thing to be reporting, I think a conclusion can be reached that upping post count through lying and ignoring asking offers is a bit ridiculous, and some sort of measure should be taken to stop it.
