1 - I have the right to say no and refuse to do the service for anyone I see as 'fishy'
2 -You must be 40 defence or higher and 50 hitpoints or higher, if you have any less, please inform me and I will negotiate a significantly higher price.
3 - You must pay upfront if I do not see you as trustworthy enough, if not, then you will pay the fees for a middleman of your choice.
4 - I may refuse a middleman who I do not think has enough vouches
5- You may use a bank pin, but you must provide me with armour which is rune+ and the best possible weapon.
6- If you are happy with the service provided, I would appreciate it if you would leave a vouch
7- Please DO NOT log-in while the service is active without asking/informing me. This could lead to service termination without refund if you do!
8- All payments must be in 07/EOC gp, and I will accept Paypal to people I see as trustworthy.
9 - T&C's are set to change at any given time, you are responsible for keeping check of these and I am not responsible for telling you if/when they change.
10- Upon ordering/Adding my skype, you are responsible for agreeing to the terms and conditions stated here. If you fail to comply with these T&C's, the order can stop at any time without refund/second chance.

As you can see, I have 'TWC - Trade with Caution'. This doesn't mean I have scammed anybody, check my signature.

Although I do think everybody should Trade with Caution, here are some safe ways to avoid scams.
1] Always request a PM
2] Always double check Skype name before adding me.
3] Use a Middleman if you feel it is necessary.
