About us:
Welcome to PicoScape's official thread for this forum! PicoScape is a community that consists of 3 servers, one for normal play, one for minigames and additionally a dedicated fully customized castle wars server with over 30 shops & custom items. All servers are web clients with encrypted ports/ip's. Below you can read our official description:

Welcome to RuneScape's best integrated and developed private server, PicoScape. During our 4 years of uptime, Picoscape has managed to get the combined code of FoxScape, FXScape, RiotScape, Revscape, CriptSoft, Bulldogz2k7 and SkyScape Live into our main server code, some bought, some merged. PicoScape's servers have features and mini-games like no other server has had before, however we tend not to advertise it and believe we should be good enough to not need too. We run merely by getting players playing here by recommendation. With a huge java development team working around the clock, and with thousands of registrations already, we ask you one question: Can you handle it? We run 3 different servers, one of them is an fully dedicated and customized private server. Enjoy your time here, be active in the forums, and most of all, have FUN. Remember, all topics get deleted every 3 weeks on Mondays.

Special Item:
For signing up with us during the 14th-15th of November (the day this thread was posted on), you will be able to claim a wearable, non-tradable item from a NPC in the SkyScape Live server. It is only available those two days, so be sure to claim it before itâ€™s gone! To claim your special item please tell Steven or Turkey in a pm on the forums.

Statistics:
PicoScape has been up for almost 4 years now; we have had over 100,000 registration on our servers and websites combined. We have 7 developers constantly working on the servers, 2 have real diploma's for this kind of code work (java, C++). Our record of online users is 798 this year; our record of servers is 5. Our forums combined have had over five hundred thousand (500,000) posts. We have gone through several websites and forums until fully customizing them and removing all free software, we don't use pre-made forum/website software and fully customize our code and features.

Fox Server:
For a short description on our Fox Server, this server mainly revolves around mini-games such as Pest Control (our most popular one), Barrows, God Wars and many more! An online shop in game is available to sell and buy everything you need to get started. If you need help, read the official "Fox Server Beginnersâ€™ Guide". This server is one of our most popular servers up to date, as the founding server of PicoScape for 2 years now. Fox Server was built and based on FXScape, a multi-traditional popular base server from our developer Fox, well known on Sythe years ago.

SkyScape Live:
SkyScape Live is our second server, owned and developed by Steven. The server revolves mostly around Port Phasmatys, where simple skills can be trained. Complete with combat training areas for beginners and experts, and a cave full of dragons for the toughest adventurers. Even though PicoScape has just recently joined with SkyScape Live, weâ€™ve already seen a growth in our community! If youâ€™re confused or need help, read the official â€œSkyScape Live Beginnersâ€™ Guideâ€.

Castle Wars Server:
This server just released a few days before this post has already started to attract all kind of players to PicoScape. This server is a dedicated Castle Wars only server. You can train within the castle walls and arena, monsters only drop money. You use the money to buy your castle wars needs from one of our 30 different shops available. Tickets can be used to buy rare items. Since this is a brand newly released server on PicoScape, its full of bugs, its not recommended for full time play, but your free to play and abuse bugs, just be sure to report then until this server gets out of beta.

The Staff:
Unlike other servers whom have traditional "Owners" and such, we don't do that. We do NOT hire for money, we do NOT hire for requests (This means you CANNOT apply for any position). As RuneScape does, we contact you, not the other way around! The people who run the servers, website and forums are called "Developers", some have economic requirements, content management requirements, each developer has brought a special skill they are paid for to do for us in our PicoScape community. Of course, there are also administrators, moderators, and forum moderators.

Self Coded Custom Forums:
Not fully self coded! Were using phpbb's base of course, but a lot of our home coded mods bring a huge uniqueness to the forums that other servers cannot provide. We have fully automated forms for bug reports and complaints, these get submitted and micromanaged into threads - all automatically. Our staff reviews all submitted forms within 6 hours, and you can reply and discuss submission like any other thread. We have a ton of other cool goodies, so feel free to check the forums out. Registration is not a requirement to play.

Server Safety:
We cannot be taken down by Jagex, end of discussion. We have already fought Jagex last year - found a loophole and won. We can do it again and again over, much like any other site such as RuneLocus and Sythe runs from, you don't need to worry about us going down, we have been running for a good 4 years, learning from out mistakes. Accounts on ALL servers get backed up every 3 days.

Conclusion:
These servers are family servers, its a fun community, you should try it out. Once again, you can find us on picoscape.net. I apologize if this thread has been posted in the incorrect forum or if it has been posted already.
