I don't think he's the owner of the names, he says the names are on level 3 accounts, however if you check them on runescape they seem to be already taken on peoples mains..

Hey,
I'm restarting my name sales thread. I changed around some formatting and the way I price names. I'm no longer taking bids on names, instead, I am selling the names for a fixed price (I will not take a price below what I listed for a name).
I have a few hundred names I'm looking to sell; I've lost interest in Runescape as of late and I'm looking to get rid of these names. This will be my second thread, the first can be found here.
I've sold 14 names total, some to people on Sythe, some via MSN/Skype for around 1b rsgp total, and accumulated 10 vouches (6 for accounts+names sold totalling 300m).
I've been busy in real life and will continue to be; I'm not in a rush to sell these names.

Account Info/Ready For Transfer Info:

I am the original maker/owner of these accounts. All accounts are level 3s with fake e-mail usernames. They have e-mails registered which will be changed to yours on purchase and all account information will be provided. None of the names are ready for transfer, nor will I get them ready for transfer!

Pricing Info:

All names are priced with a minimum buy price. The category a name is listed under is the price you have to pay to buy the name. I'm not overpricing the names – they're very cheap considering the quality. If you don't want to pay the price listed, then you won't get the name. THE PRICES ARE NOT AUTO-WINS, BUT RATHER THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF RSGP I WILL ACCEPT FOR THE NAME. If you want to bid OVER the minimum buy price to beat another person who wants to purchase the name, feel free; people posting bids under the amounts listed for each name will be ignored and their posts will be considered free bumps. I don't have the time to keep track of fifty low ball bids for my names. If you want to buy the name, pay the amount listed.

Using a MM/OMM:

I have no problem going first to trusted buyers, i.e. users with a decent number of vouches or people I have spoken to and feel comfortable with. I will also trade 50/50 (50% of the rsgp before the trade and 50% after I have given you control of the account).

If you want to use a trusted middleman or an official middleman, I have no objections. However, please realize that most OMM do not engage in account sales, nor will they take the time to hold an account while waiting for the name to be available - it's too time consuming and not worthwhile. FAQ:

*Will you get the name ready for transfer?
No. I don't deal with name transfers - I'm selling the account with the name.
I won't get the name RFT, I won't waste the time trying to find a middleman who will hold the account and rsgp for 28 days, and I won't accept the payment for a name only when it's on the buyer's account. I believe it's the buyer's responsibility to transfer the name. My names are very cheap for the quality because I realize the buyer will have to purchase p2p on the account to transfer it.

*Why are you selling these names cheap?
These accounts are cheap because I don't have the money to pay for upgrades for each name or the patience to wait 28 days only to have the buyer backout and be forced to change the name back.

*You only have ten vouches, are you trustworthy?
The number of vouches is not as important as the content and amount the users vouched for. When you sell names with accounts, the buyer must trust you to not recover the account until the name has been transfered. I have six vouches all for accounts totalling 300m+ - and no reports of recovered accounts. Those six vouches are worth more than 20 vouches for selling upgrades or 80 vouches for completing a quest on another user's account. One of my names sold was a 400m name to a dice host; the name was transfered without a hitch. I can give more details about the names I've sold via private chat to serious buyers if trust is an issue.

*Can you transfer a name for me?
No. I don't deal with name transfers, however, I can provide you with my expertise and give you as much advice on how to successfully transfer a name as needed.

*Can I buy a name listed at 50m for less?
No. The prices listed are MINIMUM prices I will let the name go for. This means you must pay the 50m to buy the name. I will lower prices only when a buyer is interested in purchasing more than one name.
