Reason:

This isn't so much of a report but of a question. I see he is looking to train skills ONLY 1-20 and he is asking for vouches to deem himself "trusted". I don't see this as a good service nor feasible for vouches =S I don't think that makes him trustworthy and is just doing it as a quick way to look "trusted" so people will start going first to him =/ I see people do this on other forums and something bad usually happens later down the line. Another one was the " Only selling 1m at a time for 20 cents each" just so they get vouches.
I don't think this should be allowed, but that's just me.

Just a concern I suppose, and I am not accusing him or anything.
