RSSalesGuy...scammer?

Well he was selling a level 138 account, he offered it to me for $100 and my accounts.

So I abliged because he had a few vouches.

I sent him the money, he logs off msn.

He comes back after I submit a dispute with paypal and asks me to close it and he will give me the account.

I do so, and he hasn't been back on for around 48 hours now.

I don't know what to do, I can't dispute again and am out $100 now.

As you can tell, his email is [email protected], that is his msn he used.

Also, this was 2 days ago, as you can tell from the sale, so I at least waited to see if he was scamming me.

Not that it helps, being down $100.

Update: Looked on his sythe account, he has been on since we made the deal, he had to scam me, he hasn't contacted me through msn, email, or the pm I sent him.
