Reason:

Threatens to use defamation on me and assumes that temp bans will only 'slow him' down. He is threatening to continuously to use defamation to drive away my customers until he is permanently banned. This should honestly be enough to permanently ban him if he's threatening to continue what he is doing even though he acknowledges he will be breaking the rules and will continue breaking the rules

I'm sure that 20m cannot compare to what I will do to your reputation. I will become a persistant nuisance on your threads. Even if I cannot directly post on them, I can pm your would-be customers. The lost of business will deeply outweigh the 20m that you scammed from me.

Even if I don't have concrete proof, people do realise that people don't go around wasting their time accusing people of scamming, so people are more careful to trust you.

The 20m you stole from me a few months ago when you first started sythe will haunt you until

A) you get banned for scamming others
B) refund my money and we both walk away, chill.

You know defamation is a banable offense?
If you continue to pm all my customers, I will report you and ask them for their PM's. I told you if you have proof show it to me and i'll happily refund you 20mil.

If you do happen to get me down for defamation, you need 5 for a 3 day ban and 7 for a 5 day ban.

That's a lot of trouble just for a temp ban and will save sythe users the trouble of getting scammed. I'm willing to take 3 days off to save my fellow members from getting scammed.
