7upmaster is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade:
7upmaster replied to the thread i made and i added him on MSN. We arranged for $25 to be sent to his paypal in exchange for the key. I went first since it was $25 and by looking at his threads he was trying to sell it for awhile without any real issues. I did not receive the key and hadn't seen him back online until today when he acted as though I never sent him anything though he alludes to it multiple times in the conversation.(The first thing he says when i message him is PayPal bans for chargebacks and then goes on to say since I talk so much about paypal etc.. when I never said anything about it) I was dumb and didn't take initial SS's of the sale and only the convo when I was asking for my product. How they scammed:
I paid $25 for a Counter-Strike:GO beta key and he did not send it after the payment was made.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:
The MSN chat window SS matches the email 7upmaster used in his reply on my post and the other posts like it.
