Report user ayy

I think it is necessary to state that i am currently ban evading for "name sniping" since about a year ago tweny is my original account

Since I only use powerbot and ayy is not on there I am reporting him on this forum

I bought a theme from him for 20$ and when i tried installing it it wasn't the wp theme I linked to him that i wanted. I asked dialatic to install the theme for me and he informed me that it was not a wordpress theme. So I went to theme forest and purchased the wp version and it installed fine. I have tried contacting ayy/kinetic many times for a refund not wanting to file a dispute with paypal so i recently contacted him again "about 14 days after initial ask for refund" and i told him that i would be reporting him.

I think that i have been very fair lenient with this...
