Bought Account Caution?

What does it mean that ALL accounts can be recovered?

I bought 2 high leveled account from a real life friend a while back. But now I am worried because we got into an argument and might take them back. He did not remember his recoveries or passwords but recovered it by clicking on Forgot Password and resetting the account information. However, he would not tell me what he wrote when answering the things. After the transaction was exchanged there were no recoveries set or emails so I quickly added them. They were never members so I also subscribed them to members so now I have their first membership information.

1) Now that the emails and recoveries are set is there any chance he can still recover the account?
2) Does it help if I change the recoveries and emails multiple times?

The only information I know about proving the ownership is the date when the accounts were created.

3) Can Jagex recognize his current IP address?
4) And is the IP address your internet's or computer's that Jagex is looking at or both.
5) What if he switched internet providers and computers since he created his account?
6) Since we are from the same town and used the same internet provider back then when the account was created would it be hard for Jagex to distinguish who the owner is?

I've had the account for a couple of months but I was wondering if it was possible for him to recover the account in the future in case he has a change of heart.

Will appreciate it if someone can answer all my questions.

There is still a chance, like if he knows the 1st password of the account, or the ip address when the account was created it wll automatically let him recover

 

Like he said, There is a chance of him getting back, but I Highly doubt it. The best thing to do IMO , is to talk to your friend, and become friends again.
