    I bought him $24 worth of RS Gold on his website, and he promised to transfer LTC to me, but in the end he made all kinds of excuses to keep buying gold for him, and didn't respond to me when I refused. I have his chat history.


    @Twisted Heart has been banned on a separate report and this will be added to his ban reason.

    @Twisted Heart is to refund @zhangjianjian no less than $24 in order to be eligible to request a pardon to return to the market.
