Scammer by Omg It's You

So here is what happened
He asked me to go first by me giving him a steam account, i was like fine because he is 2007 and had a fair ammount of vouches. After i gave him the account he says ok thanks i will buy it later, but i told him to pay me now because i gave him the account and he said it worked fine however he said he will wait untill he gets a buyer?.. wtf
Then i went to check if the account still works and the password did not work meaning he changed it. Here is the proof

He has 24 hours to pay or be banned.

He refuses to acknowledge the fact that he owes you anything. He will not pay you back, so he will be banned for scamming.
