halob13 - scammed $42 via paypal

he offered tosell me some rsgp in my thread here:

added me on msn and showed 70m in-game

I sent the payment via paypal and he stopped responding efficiently on msn, kept saying he wasn't active (assuming he means afk)

he hasn't traded me the 70m

I have print screens available if needed

 

please post all the proof you have.

Additional information: the Windows live ID he used was

the paypal email he told me to send payment too was

"[email protected]"


The windows ID i used is my one and only "[email protected]"
