Breakdown:

He offered to do questing for me for cheap and said he would do the quests first, brought up the fact that I MM'ed for him. Gave him my info so he could start, i go to sleep wake up go to school come home and find out ANYTHING that was possible to trade on my account was taken.

Lost over 200m+ Worth of stuff.


EDIT: SNOW PATROL has skilled for me numerous times, he could vouch how big my bank was, will allow any mod/admin to log onto my account to see for themselves.

This is bullshit! Like i said, theres trusted members of sythe who have been on my account in the passed week who can easily see the diff between then and now...i told u in the PM clashfan im not letting this guy get away with just taking 200m from me, idgaf. its not happenin

 

Heres your proof:

If you look at the MSN Convo i posted he clearly states he would do it for me. ALSO Notice the time and date of when he said that. [12:23AM 10/12/11]

Now look at my adventure's log...The last quest i did was A Void Stares Back, and it was on 10/11/11 9:01. He didnt do any of the quests in between all those hours, all he did was slowly transfer alllll my tradeable items even teh shitty diamond rings for clues to his account.

 

If we could accept the word of these trusted members as proof, it would be proof of what was in your bank at a point prior to Returns going on your account. That is not proof that he took anything, but proof of what your bank contained then. The adventure log doesn't prove he took anything either, just that he didn't quest. Given the evidence presented, to ban him I would have ban him based solely on your word, which I can't do.

 

Wow, what proof do u want? Tell me and ill try to get it, cuz obviously him not doing the quests he promised + all of a sudden the next day im cleaned isnt good enough. If this is how things go, someone could say there doing a service, offer to go first, and steal everything in the bank...but wont be able to confirm it cuz he can say "oh i changed my mind, i was gonig first anyway" and that he didnt steal anything...but u wouldnt have proof even if i took pics of my bank b4 hand u would say that i just transfered it to another acc....damn man

 

I don't think you'll be able to prove it at this point. Time-stamped pic or vid of your bank right before giving him the info, and of his IP being the last on the account / your empty bank. I'm not saying that you transfered it to another account, I'm saying that we need solid evidence to ban someone.

And if I ban him based on this, then what? Anyone can give their login info to someone they don't like, claim their bank was cleared, and have them banned. There isn't evidence he was ever even on your account. I'm not trying to say you're lying or let a scammer get away with it, but you have to understand that there is no remotely conclusive evidence he cleared your bank.

 

Alright, whatever u say. I just want you to understand you ARE letting a scammer get away with it. well see how many more times he can just log into an acc and take 200m b4 he gets banned.

 

Clashfan, wouldn't his non-compliance with questing on DG4L's account reveal some level of guilt? He hasn't completed a service that was organized via MSN between the two of them, had access of DG's account, and there is at least some level of theft. Regardless of how much was taken, however big or small, Returns has performed some sort of deceit and could be banned for the failure to quest on the account alone...

Returns stated he would start then, but did not complete any quests whatsoever. I vote for a ban.


EDIT: Basically, there's no proof of him clearing the bank or even logging onto DG4L's account - but him not even beginning to quest yet, having the full account details then claiming he would start then, and also not giving any reasoning for this failure to complete his service indicates guilt.

 

If the member Returns contacted DG4L regarding the matter and gave him a reason for not beginning the questing, I would be inclined to agree with you and say there is not enough proof.

 

He might be guilty of theft if he had been paid to do the quests. If he took anything however big or small he should be banned, but there's no evidence of that. If Returns merely saying "sorry, I forgot" or "sorry, I got really busy" would make you agree there's insufficient proof, then I'd ask you to at least reconsider your position. I don't see how it has any bearing on the question of whether he emptied DG4L's bank. Returns could just have easily have taken his stuff and then given him a reason for not questing. Another possibility: DG4L was upset Returns didn't do the quests, so reported him. I don't mean to suggest that this is the case, but it seems an equally plausible interpretation of the evidence we have. And that's the problem, the evidence needs to speak for itself. If it depends on one party's explanation/spin to mean anything, then I think it's insufficient.
