The user begun the services, but last night stopped responding to my messages. This morning when I checked my account there was no cash or any of my valuables left. I can give my account name and password to staff if you wish to check that there is nothing left and that training begun but paused.

I haven't filled out one of these in forever so if it's incorrect or missing something let me know and I'll get it.
