    His skype after I sent, has his profile skype name in it:

    Him threatening to DDOS if I report him:

    He really did have my ip but I wasn't scared.
    He then after threatened me that he would report me for chargeback, as you can clearly see he said he was "-32" and said I chargebacked him, then he said he'd refund me after that clearly stating that he had the payment and I hadn't charged back.
