    Amount scammed: 450m 07
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: Luckygoldshop#4312 640378662214041622
Proof that it's their Discord: sensitive info - will send to mod handing case.
Explanation of the trade: 1.3b 07 via stake
How they scammed: I went first sent btc, they told me location and username of the acc staking me, told them 2 stakes first for 450m. They won the 450m stake. They returned the btc for the 1300m but not the 450m.

I do not accept the resolution provided by @BlackBlasses in the previous thread-

"I've discussed this report with a few upper staff members and came to the following conclusion:

The stake traders (when trading with someone without a reputation) bring in food, or "mage scam" the other party.
If a buyer don't bring any food, or runes, he's just entering a fight with a 50% chance to win.
It's expected that the seller will run, if he wins, he's not the trader and has no collateral with the trader.
It's unlucky for @Chich, but if @Chich's choosing to stake trade he should already know the risks involved and do it properly.
@Luck is not responsible here. However, I highly suggest that Luck (and his worker) will try to prevent this from happening in the future."

There is no precedent for this outcome to be resolved by the fact that I did not bring food into a stake. Stake trading is meant to replicate a real stake. The entire point of the stake trade is to reduce chance of a RWT ban. This was my FIRST time stake trading. Luck should be held responsible for the 450m or at least half of the amount lost due to the fact luck or his worker never mentioned anything about the rules of the stake, or risks it carried beforehand. I would like to see where it states anywhere that stake trades must be conducted using food, or mage only to look like a scam. Luck never provided the information to make this stake trade safe.

This sets a horrible precedent for stake trading and responsible trading as a whole on sythe. The way this was resolved leaves huge security questions regarding stake trading. I have been told it is my responsibility as the buyer to win the stake. If a first time customer comes to sythe to purchase gold and they follow the instructions provided to them by the seller; but still lose their money doing exactly what was told to them by the seller, It should be the sellers responsibility to cover losses of the trade they have organised.

This means that based upon this resolution no responsibility lies with the seller when conducting stake trades. When conducting stake trades as long as they refund the initial amount sent for the gold they will have no further punishment or be made to reimburse the customers lost gold. This means that any gold seller can go to world 302 see someone staking an amount, tell a customer to stake the acc advertising, and if they lose the stake they just refund the payment for the gold, and the buyer loses their gold. How does that make sense? Anyone can make a discord alt, or an alt account and fake a conversation in a website chat to sell gold. There is no way to tell. The customer doesn't have any interaction with the person claiming to sell gold, so the person who is organizing the trade between both parties should be responsible. essentially this opens the door for unlimited money lending via random people at the duel arena without any seller responsibility.

An analogy to what has transpired would be like me paying a company to clean the gutters on my house. The company tells me that they are sending a contractor to work on them. The contractor arrives, then breaks the gutters from the house and throws them all in a pile in the front yard and leaves. The company refunds the money for the initial cleaning, but does not pay for the gutters stating that due to the fact person the contractor was not an employee of the company the company is not responsible for damages. But the contractor was sent by the company to do the work that the company told the contractor to do.

In real life, when dealing with these types of situations, it is ultimately the company's responsibility to refund the customer, not the contractor. I don't see how this situation isn't lucks responsibility to refund me the customer, and deal with the person who staked me. The same way a company would deal with the contractor in real life.

I would like to have this re-reviewed by sythe admins and mods.

This was evident. You now know the risks of stake trading and how to ensure you always win the stakes instead of leaving it to a 50/50 chance when you trade random/untrustworthy people. It isn't Luck's fault that you don't know how to stake trade.

You were already told by an admin (@video) that this decision was discussed by everyone and final, but decided to make a new thread anyway. Any further reports/disputes will be deleted
