Explanation of the trade: I purchased a stall glitch for 15m RS07 Gp
How they scammed: I was buying a stall glitch that was suppose to delay the last hit. Find out, it only delays for range/mage boxing and not melee, which is 95% duel arena, so what the point of it? Yeah, I said I was buying the stall that Onsigon uses (which how do we even know thats the item that onsigon uses, cause it's probably not) but in the thread i also said im buying a stall item that delays the last hit, and it didn't.

Screenshots are irrelevant. Also, this was something that was discussed on Skype between me, Josh, Entrr, Zuzzel, & ihubbabubba. What happened was I purchased a stall glitch for 15m using Hubbabubba. Once I bought it and tested it, it didn't work. Then, AFTER I bought it, he says 'oh yeah, it only works for range and mage staking.'
Seriously? You're going to tell me after? So now, Hubba is waiting for someone with more power to determine what the outcome is. I already know of stall items for movement and range/mage boxing. I was looking for a stall that worked for melee. Let's be honest, the duel arena is probably 90% melee staking, so for him to withhold this information was a bit shady. He's not losing anything, except for telling me about an item that I will never use, and now I'm worked up over whether or not I am going to lose 15M.

Before any decisions are made, let's remember once again that the duel arena is 90% melee, so what is the point in a stall that is for range/mage boxing only. He should had specified this before selling it to me. Yes, I should had asked but if I'm buying a stall, I don't think it was necessary for me to ask what staking styles it works for. In pre-eoc, stall items worked for every single style of staking, so why should I expect it to be any different?

If someone has the power to solve this, please add 'ihubbabubba' on Skype to get this resolved. I really think it will be really unfair if I end up losing my money to a stall item that doesn't even work for melee.

As a seller, I would had let the buyer know that it only works for range/mage boxing since no one even mage boxes, and very very very few people range box. Then, if the buyer ended up saying 'Hey man, I'm a melee staker and this item doesn't work,' I would instantly refund his money. I'm the one with everything to lose and he's the one with nothing to lose. If I wanted a stall item for range/mage staking, I already know one.

I just feel like I bought an item that was mis-advertised. A RuneScape staking stall item is suppose to delay the last hit. With that being said, if I'm spending 15M on a stall item, I expect it to delay my last hit, whip, dds, box staking or not. I should has asked, but I definitely shouldn't HAD to have asked. That's the exact purpose of a stall item is to delay the last hit, so why would I NOT expect it to work for melee staking? This is an obvious misunderstanding that will soon turn into a scam if my money isn't returned.

I totally understand where he's coming from, as far as saying it describes everything in my thread, but at the same time, it doesn't. It's suppose to delay the last hit in staking, and it only does it in certain staking styles, which defeats the purpose completely. It's like buying a smuggle glitch and it only working for certain items. Shouldn't the seller have to specify 'hey man, this only works for rune scimitar and that's it.'
