Explanation of the trade: Selling silver 2 and plat 5 account

How they scammed: I bought the plat account for 22 usd, a couple days later it got banned, because he did not blur the name on sythe, he recovered it and wouldn't give it back. He charged me extra money to recover it, and still didint give it back. I can't chargeback on paypal because i closed my account. He also scammed the user elo cheetah. He is telling me the account is banned, but i messaged riot and they said it was not banned. All the messages, and proof are in the link below.
