Basicly he never send the email change & just switched out the password. Was talking with him for about 2 hours on skype & he seemed legit. We had a hard time finding a middleman, and the one we found had leave in the middle of the process. None the less it's still a scam, paid him 20m straight up, he gave me the details i needed, told me he had send the confirmation email but he never did. He deleted me off skype later that night & changed the password. He never bothered to reply so we haven't been able to discuss what happened.

 

On top of that the guy uses that pure i added all my max main 07 accounts on to try and scam my friends who stakes on them or people who rends. Obviously he is ignored now, but man.. I couldn't be bothered with a pathetic noob scamming for 20m 07gp and on top of that tries to scam my buddy for another 300m.
