Timeline:

• 05/23/17: My original request for questing
• 05/24/17: donado's response: all quests except MM2 for 137M, done in two weeks
• 06/02/17: I tried to log onto my account settings to change my registered email to a more recent email, and saw that under the account status, I had a macro ban.
• 06/02/17 (cont): (1) RS website proof (2) Skype chat regarding the situation - he did not take responsibility for it at all - we talked about potential refund, but that will be irrelevant
• 06/19/17: (1) I confront him about the amount of time it has taken him to complete the service and would like to request a refund (2) Refund conversation continued (3) Refund conversation continued - we agreed on 90M paid back to me in 48 hours. Also worth noting is that he mentioned the 10M I left on the account for supplies was used for a bond (3M) and supplies (7M)
• This past week: (1) I logged on to my account after he sent me screenshots of stats, bank, quest points, etc and realized it was not a member anymore. On 06/19/17, he had mentioned that part of the 10M was used to purchase a bond - which costs around 3M. I confronted him about it and he didn't respond. I continued to send messages and he tells me I'm stupid. I can provide proof if needed, that the current membership on the account is for 3 months, paid via my credit card. (2) He has NOT paid me the AGREED UPON 90M (and I'd like +3M for the bond he "purchased" but never applied) and has ignored all my messages

What I am requesting:

Regardless of what has happened over the past ~1 month, I want donado to honor our agreement of refunding 90M to me, and I would also like an additional 3M for the bond he never applied.


I can supply any additional information or screenshots needed. I didn't want to screenshot our entire conversation over the past few weeks.

@Jabawox the 3m for the bond could you show me screenshots of when he said he was going to buy the bond using gp.

I had left 10M on the account for him to use for skilling. There was no GP left on the account when we agreed that his service would be terminated and I would be refunded. He claimed the 10M was used for bonds and supplies, and bonds cost a bit over 3M, I believe. He also claimed that the other 7M was used for skilling (very unlikely that he used all 7M for the skills he gained), but I'll just let that slide.
