Explain the transaction: $20 for Selling 6 pin of 1 month RS. His pin only work 23 days instead of 1 month (30 day)

First I am old man and buy this for my child so if I say anything wrong, forgive me.
I have 2 RS account and I asked him to put 3 pin to each of my account. He told me that he already put all the pin in and I had to wait at least 24 hours for all the pin to work. I waited more than 10 days and message him at sythe.org, and he told me I had to wait until the first PIN expire so the other pin automatic renew??? (Remember he was the one put the pin in for me)

So I listened to him but untill now all of my RS account expired the days but nothing happened. I try to contact him here in the last 4 days but he never reply. I check his history online here and saw that he still posting but never reply to my message
