Preface: Total scammed is $150 between one $30 payment and one $120 payment. This is a case of bank fraud using PayPal medium. I know this member will be banned following this report, regardless, I will be putting great effort into pursuing this case, as I plan to contact local law enforcement if feasible.

Long story short, back in June 2016 I befriended this man and have accepted $100's of dollars worth of his PayPal in return for 07 from him with no trouble. You'll see from the conversations we mostly spoke over voice, thought we were cool like that. We had the webcams going and shit too, and for god's sake, this dude even talked to my mom, so I really didn't think he would pull this kind of shite. I don't believe he's a ban evader, just someone who thought the scam would work out for them, in the end, compulsive staking got the better of him, like many a-scammers on this site. The following report section will not be a detailed account of our conversation, but will contain the proof he scammed, followed by my commentary on the current situation (no pun intended).

He only ever sent me money, so the proof I could provide would be the payments aligning with the times where he asks to buy GP from me. But these pics will tell the tale:

Earlier in the day he buys 25m, then wants 100m later. This is usual for him. (He loses [stakes]the money, then wants more later).

So here's the fun part to it all!
I know this user's full name, IP address, real life work location. I will be filing a police report this afternoon with the local police department of his city in hopes they will pay him a visit. I will be calling PayPal tomorrow during business hours, they will likely give him a call to hear his story, hopefully he's good at lying.

 

So has he currently charged back $150 in total? Is the dispute still open at this point?

Could you post some evidence that can prove that it is indeed his paypal account? You can PM me this information if you want or post it here (assuming there isn't any personal information).
