Explanation of the trade: Refuses to give me a list of my affiliates on my Yirru runestake account as they have most definitely turned off affiliate earnings on a lot of my affiliates.
How they scammed: Refuses to give me my list of affiliates after I caught them red handed turn off my affiliate earnings for a client I brought to their site. This is 1 client that amounted to them immediately crediting me with 400$ when I called them out on it. I have brought in over 186 affiliates since and they refuse to give me a list of my affiliates.

This was when I had 94 affiliates. They sent me the list for those affiliates but once I got to 186 affiliates @Fox kept making excuses such as his dev was on vacation and they were working on the data etc. 5 months later and I still hadn't got the list.


What I would like from this: A mod or atleast a few mods and I must be part of the group call where the list of my affiliates are screenshared by one of the admins of Runestake to see that none of my affiliate earnings have been disabled.

When I asked for my affiliates, this was @Fox response. This was Feb 2023. That's 11 months ago.

They refuse to give me my affiliate data as they know if they give me the list of affiliates, I'd be able to crosscheck the levels of the accounts and calculate my affiliate earnings from each of those accounts.

I have more evidence but I will keep that for later should I need it.

Runestake has now banned my runestake accounts so they dont have to show evidence and they will certainly try and pay off mods to turn this verdict against me. I've given irrefutable evidence of a scam and the fact that they have banned my accounts is even more proof that they are hiding everything that I am accusing them of.

I gave @Fox the option of paying me $25000 in damages, even though I would've made over $100k in affiliate earnings or option 2, he just needed to give me a list of my affiliates. Easy choice right? He has decided to ban my runestake accounts so he doesn't have do either.

 

Mods, All you need to do is ask @Fox to provide me with a list of my affiliates. There is nothing else needed for now. If he does not agree to do that, ya'll can come up with the next step.

 

I requested this for a reason. I would like to be part of this conversation.
Can we not do this in private, I would like it to be in a group chat with Fox, you and me. This is a big report and there cannot be room for error.

Also, how come @Fox/ @Runestake wasn't asked to respond to this report for more than 5 days now? And they are still not asked to respond as to why they kept me waiting for the list for this long.

They have been given enough time to manipulate data which is pretty much what I'm accusing them of.

I even told multiple mods that this report was time sensitive and no one even responded.

 

This is what I'm requesting.

 

I want to know why it took 6 days* to ask for the affiliate list.

 

One more thing, I request that Runestake unbans both my Runestake accounts. I advertised runestake and spent a lot of money doing so using my own funds that I could've kept for myself and not helped bring any people in.
Our only agreement was that I advertise on discord and in my sythe signature. All the giveaways I did and people I paid to help in advertising in other servers came out of my pocket. Rough calculations. Runestake paid me 800$ a month and I spent around 650$ in giveaways (keeping just a mere 150$ for myself) and paying other members to advertise in other servers so I could longterm make good money from affiliates. Runestake banning my accounts means they get to keep all that affiliate money in perpetuity which is unacceptable.

1. How is it extortion and defrauding when there is clear evidence that I am being lied to/being provided false data and I am requesting clarity and my affiliate list to verify that data. I would never have made this report if there wasn't evidence of lies/false data.

2. It's understandable that they removed affiliate earnings for that particular period of time. They did not change it back until I saw him betting(with his own money) and informed them.

3. I have proof of fox lying, saying that none of my Yirru affiliates have deposited or played or wagered in the last 90 days.

4. You told me that the list you have been provided was a simple excel sheet. That is fine, but has fox actually shown you the list right off the website?. This is what I am asking to see, And I want proof that it is done without any corruption involved, which is why I want to be part of the call when it is being shown. I have this right after being lied to multiple times as I am someone working with Runestake and not some random customer of theirs, they have even had me invoice payments to their company, which means I officially work with their company.

5. This is completely false, not once have I said that I expect every single person that has created an account to bet. I am not stupid.

The whole point was to bring in as many people as possible, that's what he paid me to do. I honored my side of the agreement, I even told fox I'm hoping for longterm success through this venture. But he has banned my accounts all because I asked for a list of my affiliates. A list I have been asking for, from 2022.

And once again, @Runestake / @Fox have still not been asked to publicly reply or answer as to why they have made me wait since 2022 for my list of affiliates and still haven't provided them to me. This really seems like a biased report. It's crazy that they haven't even been asked to respond to the report.

 

Another thing, has Fox shown you evidence of me extorting or defrauding or being Toxic? Or have you just taken his word for it? @Fox Cmon, please show me where I have been toxic to you or tried to extort you please?

If this is the case, if you ever bring in 1000s of affiliates to Runestake and demand to see the list of affiliates as they haven't provided you the list after you ask politely for it since 2022, you will be banned for being toxic, even though you were a big reason that their website was so successful in the first place. Do you guys think that is a fair decision?

I asked you to either pay me $25,000 or give me a list of affiliates. That is such an easy choice. You could've just given me the list of affiliates right?

 

We didn’t communicate on this post until this point because Pirate was generous enough to dedicate their time to talk to us behind the scenes and gather whatever information was needed. Yirru was banned because we have zero tolerance for any legal threats which resulted in immediate and permanent removal from our platform.

We aren't giving Yirru a lifetime data report for many reasons

1. The cost - Staff
2. The time - We have more important things to work on
3. Runestake is over 2 years old and went through many architecture changes, to query historic data is no easy feat. There isn't a magic button to instantly generate a readable report with all the necessary information. Our team invests substantial time and resources into preparing these data reports, involving hundreds of human hours for gathering and organizing the information as it is. We offer 90 days of data that we provide to our streamer influencers, this is not something we do for everyone.

We aren't putting together bespoke data packages for Yirru.

Yirru has been compensated the following between both “god” and “yirru” for being a sponsor:13,503.04 tokens in admin credits + reloads

25,879.12 tokens in affiliate earnings for this.

Totalling 39,382.16 tokens, which is a lot more than $150.

Both accounts were banned with zero balance, we never ban any users with balance.

Since he was banned Yirru would have earned 599.08 tokens on Yirru and 90.14 tokens on god. If Sythe believes he has the right to these tokens he can have them. We don’t prevent banned users from earning tokens as in certain cases users can be unbanned and they are free to claim their earnings.

Yirru will never be unbanned from our platform, so we will be preventing his banned accounts from earning past this point.

Simple mistake: we run hundreds of data reports for various sponsors each month. Fox & Lola are the only team members responsible for these tasks, dedicating tens of hours monthly to communicate with our data department and sponsors. It's possible to overlook things, and errors can occur for various reasons, as in this case it was a typo in a line of code. Here is our complete internal slack conversation regarding that situation, which I hope provides enough transparency and explains the circumstances.

The only reason you are not giving me a lifetime report along with my list of affiliates is because you guys are guilty. There is no other reason for you to not provide me a list of my affiliates, something I've been asking for since 2022.

Obviously, I'm going to demand I get what I'm owed when you guys are providing me false data/lying/turning off my affiliate earnings without me knowing. How many 'mistakes' are you guys gonna make before you actually give me some real data?

You guys say all of the above, but then as soon as I say I'm taking it to sythe, Fox says it's downloading LOL like we're in the 1980s and it takes 2 hours to download a 10 mb file. Stop kidding yourselves...

I'm perfectly fine with you handling the report. I do however have to defend myself according to the points you have provided. If you're not up to it, that is understandable. Let's not get emotions involved here. I respect the work and effort you have put in.

Maybe @Sythe could handle this himself, as its probably the biggest Report there has been in the history of sythe?

 

Of course you will be preventing me from earning anymore tokens as you are just greedy scammers. Money is all you care about and if you have to earn it through cheating and scamming, you will do it without batting an eye.
