Agreed him doing a firecape for me, told him i had 19m on my account. After a long talk he send me an email to confirm etc. Then i hand over details he blocked me @ skype and left my acc there with nothing anymore. All proof included.

You were trading an impostor, but it seems like the impostors Skype and the real Skype's IP's match. Banned him for being his own impostor.
