Did my research before trading with him. He's selling a blacklisted/recovered account. It's most likely that he's either ban evading or attempting another trade scam.

He's selling the same account as Kiros (which has been recovered): http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=8874251

And, I found his Skype ID, reneispieman (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1472276), on another users account on some other forum. His location on that forum is "Naples, Florida." And, Kiros is from Naples, Florida.
