Where on the website does it state that there is a 10% fee on refunds? Can't seem to find it myself. Hell why don't they just take all my money if that's the logic that's being applied here. I never agreed to any term whereby I would be charged for them not delivering on time, it's not my fault I needed the gold quickly and they failed to deliver. It's NOWHERE in the t&cs on the website.

 

after long time talking in skype, i said refund to the bitcoin address by which it paid us ,

You are welcome to ask them for their policy on refunds before ordering from them. The terms say that you agree to their policy on returns by using their site
