Report a Scammer: Xeleration

Briefly explain the trade:$15 for user images for my site. The trade was $10 for a first round of images and $5 for any additional updates. He sent me the first round of images but then on the 18th, after agreeing to do a few more ranks counting as the $5 of "updates" over MSN (i have chat logs but no SS as I assumed someone as trusted as him wouldn't scam...). However, he never sent me the additional ranks.

How they scammed: Never sent the images.

I'm not looking for him to get banned, I'm just looking for him to send me the images or $5.00. I have attempted to PM/contact him on MSN but he has either ignored me or claimed he sent them but deleted the email (in chat logs).

If you look at the date of the transaction, it was September 15th the payment was sent and September 18th my rank specifications were sent. I have attempted to contact him multiple times and he has either lied about sending them or ignored me.

If you can prove that I have lied then that is one thing.. but I have not been ignoring you. I've been so busy that I haven't even been able to fulfill my staff duties. So please, I would like to request in the most kindest of ways to please lay off me for a while.

 

Could you refund him for payment owed?

 

I have chat log records of you claiming to have sent the images to me but claiming you deleted them. I consider this a lie as I never got the images and why would someone using GMail, having the capability to store hundreds of thousands of messages, delete a sent message? Let alone why would someone with your trading experience delete the only proof that he completed his part of the trade? That is where I believed you lied.

Onto the more important issue: A man's debt is one of his primary responsibilities. Paying me back or rendering the service owed should come before both moderating and most real life activites. Everyone is busy, but that is no excuse for not repaying a debt, especially as it is over three months old.
Please repay me immediately.
