Report a Scammer: oya_its_me (attempted scam, hacking, being an imposter)

Basic overview of conversation:

I contacted oya_its_me and we negotiated the prices. He was being a bit sketchy and he said he had two paypal accounts, first a verified account, but then that one was locked, but he had just made another account right just then. I asked him for his paypal e-mail that he had just created and googled it, a sythe thread popped up (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=403691), and it was an OMM application belonging to The Viper000 who is now an OMM and an ex-moderator. There was a bunch of imposter e-mails listed, and his real e-mail is [email protected], whilst oya_its_me's paypal e-mail is [email protected]. I asked him for confirmation that it was his paypal e-mail address, and he said yes (refer to reference #1). I then confronted him about it's similarity and then he somehow manipulated MSN to appear that I was posting scam messages, even though he said he wouldn't go first when I asked him if he would. I don't really know how he did it, it appeared in the MSN convo box but not in the text box. Apparently oya_its_me doesn't know what MSP was, as he said he wanted them back? (reference #2) MSP Cards are codes, and if I redeemed them he wouldn't be able to get them back. He has terrible grammar, by the way. After some arguing and random stuff, he logged off (who would do that if they were scammed?)

further less-coherent information:

oya_its_me was attempting to scam me and using tricks/hacks to make me post false messages in the MSN chat, he claimed in the chat that I scammed his MSP, but he said he wouldn't go first. I have youtube video proof from my iPod (additional proof to backup my claims), but unfortunately it's on youtube. I do have screenshots. His e-mail is at the top of the MSN messenger box.

It looks like he was impersonating http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=403691, he gave me his "other" paypal e-mail when he claimed his verified paypal account was locked, (I asked for his e-mail to check if it was verified.)

I didn't request a PM or anything, but it IS him. He said he had one 4000 MSP code and two 1600 MSP codes in MSN, just like in the thread. I wouldn't randomly make up this for no reason.

Here's what happened: I was browsing the forums and I saw a post about MSP codes, I contacted oya_its_me and he still had them. I asked for his paypal e-mail and investigated, mainly by googling his paypal e-mail, and a sythe link popped up. I'm pretty sure he's impersonating the ex-moderator/OMM as it's REALLY close to his real e-mail, and there are lots of impersonator e-mails, but when I expose him he tries to frame me.

anybody know if MSN messages can be faked now somehow?

It seems like he used an app from msgplus, which lets you reverse the names on the chat window. Meaning he's you and you're him, I'm trying to distinguish what you say and what he says...


After looking at the YouTube video, I think we can ban him for impostering The Viper and attempting to scam you.

 

I'm going to upload the second video in HD, it's better if you can view them in 1080p/720p in full screen.

a substantial detail is his terrible grammar and his attitude, it can help you differentiate which person is which, except I had a few spelling mistakes as I was recording and could only type with one hand.
