jellyfisher scam

Almost got scammed by someone named jellyfisher. Two people PM'd me asking for my skype, and jellyfisher and Excu were the only two that had my Skype information. Judging by what happened after the scam and the registration date, I think it's safe to say it was jellyfisher. Someone named "Mark Man" added me and offered only $12 for BO2. He told me that he was selling it so low because he already had a copy of the game so I asked him to add me on Steam (I wanted to see if he actually had BO2). He then preceded to tell me that he did not want to add me because he had family photos, private information,etc (yeah, let's have that on a gaming community, why not right?). He told me he had done this plenty of times and so I asked for his vouch page. He linked me to this page:

I didn't recognize the name so I went back to my private messages to see if I had ever messaged Husc my Skype name. Of course, I did not. I then asked him if this was indeed him, and he said yes. I then told him to post on this thread stating "I am interested" to see if his username was actually Husc. Nope. Blocked me instantly. His Skype name is mark.man.123.










5 minutes after the scam, he messaged me through Sythe saying that he will sell me black ops 2 for $13.50. Note that I tried contacting him through PMing and he did not reply until AFTER he tried scamming me. NOTICE the date in which he PM'd me. He last messaged me MONDAY. Now he finally PMs me today?

Either Hyper-Wall and jellyfisher are the same person (never messaged Hyper-Wall my Skype) or they were both using non-legit pictures as proof.

Since no scam took place, I'm slapping all four of these users
jellyfisher, Excu, Hyper-wall and Husc
with TwCs.

I'm going to ask for a second opinion before I issue permanent bans. The behavior is CLEARLY an attempt to scam you, but as I said, no scam took place yet.
