Since I woke up today, I couldn't log in on my account anymore, he sended me this info for recoveries.
I tried to enter my email by the recoveries but it didn't work, when I did his email at the recoveries, it did work.
(i tried to film that but my hypercam bugged).

What happened when I talked to him:
He didn't block me or something, he claimed he didnt touch the account. When I asked him to recover the account for me, he did. Normally it would take maximum of 3/5 minutes to get the email with "your appeal got accepted". He told me that he had the same info as me but he would try to recover it. When 15 minutes after he said "OK its sent", I asked him if he already got an email. He went to check but this took 5 minutes too, what I suspect is that he was changing the password/email. The 2th suspected thing, when I logged in, not all my stuff were gone but my account was also in a dicing friend chat, and my "lovely" seller loved to dice but lost everything in the past.

He is trying to resell my account now.
