first he claims he will use a OMM maybe to make the user think "oh hey this guy is willing to use a OMM he must not be a scammer" than he denies it because the trade is too small even AFTER the guy offered to pay fee's http://screensnapr.com/v/eXcazF.jpg
he only seems to want to take large orders:

due to the fact that ive reported 2 people for TWC's and i always end up having to spend 2+ hours sweetalking the users so they incriminate them self's i doubt this will be enough as a user has the "right" to deny the use of a OMM but is it not sketchy that he calls 40m trade small even if the user offers to pay fee's. thanks for looking into this.
