tariq123 - Ban Evading + Scamming

Explanation of what happened:​

tariq123 and pure shadow717 approached me asking to Middleman a trade for them which I accepted. The trade was Pure Shadow717's 9m RSGP for tariq123's $7.20 via Paypal.

Once the trade had initiated and I had taken time out of my busy schedule to meet with pure shadow717 ingame to receive his RSGP, tariq123 sidebarred with me and told me he wanted me to help him scam pure shadow717 since he apparently chargedback a payment, of course I declined and began constructing this scam report.

If you could also run an IP check on this user, apparently he has another Sythe account which I would also like banned as well, thanks.
