What is happening with the ban then? (Video, Clashfan or others)

We are checking to see what the update is with this ban with us atm? We gave information to Video and he did not ever get back to us yet , I don't know if he has had to go to other business or whatever.

This is all the information we had provided WHICH prooves we paid this person on both his emails and what ever such , this is unfair on us entirely now , we have fought tooth and nail to keep us on this site , and we are banned because of 1 deciever.
