rep system and shout box

i was thinking to stop all the "vouch threads" we start a rep system what you do is by the avatar there a button that says rep+ this wouls keep sig sizes down alot and make sythe not lag as much. with rep system you cant rep someone 3 or 4 times in like 1hour
you cant rep yourself.

SHOUT BOX
it seems like some ppl would like to talk to each other members without postingf and waiting for a responce. so what sythe staff should do is put a shout box at the home page so ppl like me can have simple converstions.
RULES WITH SHOUT BOX
#1 you cant advertise your threads or other things in the shoutbox
#2 either make a section for shout box bans or have the despute forum filled with em.
#3 DO NOT ARGUE WITH STAFF


i think sythe should make its own server for player on sythe im not very good at making these thing but im sure one of the coder staffs could help out with making this just another sugguest made by me thank you
