    Put a brake on advertising
    Maybe put in somes codes to let user posts links when they reached 25 posts or something?

    It'll stop that porn-posts and advertising from people with 1 postount.

    That's a very good idea, perhaps the same could apply with Personal Messages, too.

    Yea, scam PMs like: Hey, I'm quitting RS and giving my 50M away, log in on www.blabla.runescape.com or something.

    It's on most fora I think ;)
