Requesting a sig + thread layout

I need a thread layout for my upgrade service as i'm pretty sure it'll be up for a long time

I also need a sig that is good looking and has some sort of unique/simplicity to it, it needs to link to vouches/upgrades/accounts and maybe? have my name on it,

I will be paying in RSGP, and hopefully there is someone that will make something I like, if so, a good amount will be paid!

 

I assume T R 1 B A L has got this one for you?
