[Buying] 130+CB/Main (England/UK)

So after a number of outrageous attempts into buying an "American" based Runescape account, I am now back seeking one from "England/UK". Normally I'd be the one opting to go first depending on the situation, but after 2 days of trying to recover an account, I've just lost all faith!

Terms
- I won't be going first.
- To ensure I am able to recover the account, a recovery test is required before purchase.


And finally, depending on the status of the account, I've got up to $300 to spend. I'd preferably like an account without items, cause my max limit is 300. I am genuinely interested in purchasing an account!

I will accept another account within your geographical area, as long as all of the information provided in the recovery test is 100% accurate as well as the oldest. Even with a proxy, it's extremely hard to recover.
