Renters are NOT allowed to keep/seize people's banks

This should go without saying but there has been some confusion about this recently so I feel the need to make this thread.

If someone rents your account and breaks your ToS, you are permitted to keep their deposit and nothing more. You cannot keep any wealth they had on the account as this would constitute scamming.

It is also your responsibility as the account holder to return deposits to the renters yourself, no clauses of "deposit will be kept after X amount of time" are allowed
