Clearly you can see they've had the exact same ip's numerous times.
looking through "GTA 5" and "Inarcotics" posts I found some obvious similarities, Inarcotics was banned for scamming FIFA/Playstation Coins, a post by gta 5 ^ http://gyazo.com/1ca16b5c1d9312bf3461a3454d00c671
