Removing email/recoveries

    Removing email/recoveries

    How do you remove email/recoveries?

    I don't have JAG but am in control of the attached email/would know recoveries upon looking at them. My question is, where do you go to remove the recoveries? In account settings, the "recoveries" tab tries to get me to set JAG up.

    I am trying to sell an 07 account but as far as I know you need to have everything removed from it for a (successful at least) sale.

    You can email; [email protected] - to get your email and recoveries completely removed.

    theres an account i used to have, but i forgot which email i used for it. you think it might work if i try finding it again by changing/removing the email from a different email? or what do you say to remove the email?

    You don't need the email associated with the account.

    If you send Jagex an email to the address I provided above - you give them the details you can remember regarding the originality of the account; past passwords, old IP address (if you can't remember a simple location, city and state will suffice), last four of the credit card used for membership, etc.

    Don't forget to include the email address you want the information sent to.

    cool :) i sent them one now... but i forgot the previous passwords. so gl me. waiting for the response so i can send another one xd
