Question about pardons

If this is the wrong section, forgive me!

I requested a pardon sometime in November, it was denied. All debts are paid so on and so forth, I'm curious on when the exact date I can pardon again is? I want to say it was denied on November 29th. I read 6 months and I've also saw 3 months.

You'd need complete proof that you have contacted and paid off your debts

Typically you can apply for pardon once every 3 months
