Remove if not allowed: Is rs2hot safe? Or rs4sale

I bought 20M from rs4sale, it seemed legit. As i would surfing on Google, I came across a thread saying Rs2hot is a scammer? Can someone fill me in?

They are sketchy, I would suggest not buying from them And their support speak non to little english, and theres a huge language barrier. @Bogla and @R2Pleasent is a safe bet if you're gonna buy from a site

 

These guys are about as chinese as it gets. While they may not be scammers, people that work there and operate under their name have in the past.

In addition, they are more chinese than won-ton soup, and can't understand english let alone abide by the Sythe market guidelines, so they aren't allowed on here.
