Banned for ban evading?

I have not scammed, or was in any scamming actions, i share and ip with 10 other people, and the other accounts linked to my skype are from years ago, i have legit vouches and need my sythe for legit account services. someone please help and check my vouches and check when these accounts where last signed in, please
